Meet the Scout 16L — designed for riders moving away from bulky setups and towards lightweight, dialled adventure riding.

No outer sleeves.
No excess bulk.
Just a tight, stable system that sits forward and stays locked in.

Built from our premium TPU construction (not PVC), the Scout 16L is 100% waterproof, ultra-durable, and made for real-world riding — not showroom bikes.

Run it minimal for day missions or build it out as part of a modular setup.

Rackless Base Upgrade — BASELOCK Reinforcement Pad

A small upgrade. A serious boost in structure.

An optional add-on — stick-on 10mm pad with reinforced centre core that reduces bike vibration, improves fit and adds structural rigidity. Only 180g.

The 10mm stick-on structure upgrade adds internal support to your rackless system using a poly board core sandwiched inside — increasing rigidity without adding bulk or weight.

We developed this from our prototype builds where we pushed our systems harder, loaded them up, and rode rougher terrain. The result? A tighter, more controlled feel — especially when things get aggressive.
