We want you to be satisfied with your Nomad Moto gear. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:

1. Eligibility (30 Days)
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
All returns must include original packaging, barcodes, straps, and hardware.

2. Return Process
Contact our customer support team to request a return. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

3. Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds (Within 30 Days)
Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Returns After 30 Days
Returns beyond 30 days are not guaranteed.
In some cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion, subject to inspection of the returned goods.

6. Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in as-new condition.
Items showing signs of use, missing components, or damaged packaging may be refused or adjusted.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
