Elastic one end. Korean webbing the other. That's the whole trick — and it works.

Roo Straps kill bounce. The elastic section takes up the slack and holds constant tension, so your load stays locked to the bike instead of hammering itself loose over 200km of corrugations. The webbing end does the hard work — 25mm high-tensile Korean weave that doesn't stretch out, doesn't fray, and doesn't go soft when it's wet.

Cut to fit. No guesswork.

We made the webbing extra long on purpose. There's plenty in it — so trim it to exactly the length your setup needs and stop wrestling with excess strap flapping in the wind.

One size doesn't fit all bikes. This one does, because you decide the length.

Tip: hit the cut end with a lighter to seal it. Ten seconds. Clean finish, zero fray.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

◆ Attach photos — a close-up of the fault, plus a shot from further back showing the whole bag

◆ Include a photo showing how the gear was mounted to the bike

Photos matter. They let us assess your claim fast, spot fitment issues, and get a replacement moving without back-and-forth.

◆ For replacements, we may ask you to return the faulty item — we'll cover return shipping

Returning Warranty Items

When we send out a replacement, we need the original item back. If we've shipped your replacement and the faulty item isn't returned within 14 days, we'll charge you for the replacement at full price.

It's not about red tape — we need the gear back to inspect faults, improve our product, and keep the warranty fair for everyone.
