Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Nomad Moto gear. If something's not right, here's how we handle returns:

1. Eligibility (30 Days)
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns must include original packaging, barcodes, straps, and hardware.

2. Return Process
Contact our customer support team to request a return. If approved, you'll receive return instructions.

3. Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds (Within 30 Days)
Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, less original shipping and any duties or import taxes paid (see Section 8).

5. Returns After 30 Days
Returns beyond 30 days are not guaranteed. In some cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion, subject to inspection of the returned goods.

6. Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in as-new condition. Items showing signs of use, missing components, or damaged packaging may be refused or adjusted.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

8. Duties, Import Taxes & Customs Charges
Where an order has been shipped across borders, any duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or handling fees paid on that shipment are non-refundable.

This applies whether those charges were collected by us at checkout (DDP orders), or paid by you directly to the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

These amounts are paid to government authorities and third-party carriers, not retained by Nomad Moto. Where local law allows, you may be able to claim these back directly from your customs authority once the goods are exported — it is your responsibility to lodge that claim.

Exception: If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable costs associated with the return, including any duties or taxes paid, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law and equivalent local consumer protections.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Where you exercise your right to cancel within 14 days, we will refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery costs. Import duties and taxes paid directly to customs authorities or carriers are not refunded by Nomad Moto and must be reclaimed from the relevant authority.
