We stand behind every piece of Nomad Moto gear we make. If you ride it as intended, we back it — simple as that.
What You're Covered For
2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty — Covers defects in materials or workmanship.
2-Year Crash Damage Warranty — Yep — even if you drop it during normal adventure riding.
Why We Cover Crash Damage
We ride too. Adventure riding isn't always smooth, and gear should be backed for real-world use — not just showroom conditions. If your gear takes a hit, we've got your back.
What's Covered
◆ Defects in materials or workmanship
◆ Crash damage from falls or accidents during normal ADV riding
◆ Valid for the original purchaser (order confirmation or receipt required)
What's Not Covered
✕ Damage caused by misuse, incorrect fitting, or unauthorised modifications
✕ Normal wear and tear
✕ Warranty is not transferable
How to Make a Warranty Claim

◆ Include your order details and a short description of the issue
◆ Our team will review it quickly
◆ If approved, we'll repair or replace the item at no cost
◆ For replacements, we may ask you to return the faulty item — we'll cover return shipping
Returning Warranty Items
When we send out a replacement, we need the original item back. If we've shipped your replacement and the faulty item isn't returned within 14 days, we'll charge you for the replacement at full price.
It's not about red tape — we need the gear back to inspect faults, improve our product, and keep the warranty fair for everyone.
We don't hide behind fine print. Just solid gear — and fair backup when you need it.
