If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault within two years, we’ll inspect it and repair or replace it — simple as that. No runaround, no fine print gymnastics. We stand behind what we sell because we ride the same gear ourselves.
Crash Warranty – Because Adventure Isn’t Gentle
Adventure riding comes with risks. Bikes go down. Gear gets scraped. That’s part of the game.
While crashes aren’t covered under standard warranty, we offer a Crash Warranty to support riders who’ve had a genuine off. If your Nomad Moto gear is damaged in a crash, we’ll assess it and offer a repair, replacement, or heavily discounted solution where possible.
