Nomad Moto Miles Rewards – Prize Draw 2026 Terms & Conditions

NOMAD MOTO — PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS (AU & NZ ONLY)

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Nomad Moto Prize Draw. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Nomad Moto Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 86 671 874 114), Australia.

2. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, aged 18 years or older.

The following are not eligible:

  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families

  • Entrants outside Australia and New Zealand

This Prize Draw is not valid in the USA or any other region outside AU/NZ.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Join Nomad Rewards or already hold an active Nomad Rewards account; and

  2. Make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period.

Each qualifying purchase will count as one entry unless otherwise advertised.

There is no additional cost to enter beyond the purchase.

4. Promotion Period

The Prize Draw runs from 5/12/25 until August 21, 2026 at 12:00pm AEST.
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

5. The Prize

Australia:
One (1) CFMOTO450MT motorcycle, valued at $9,990 AUD (recommended retail value).

New Zealand:
The winner will receive a prize or gear pack of equivalent AUD retail value. Any registration, compliance or on-road costs are the responsibility of the NZ winner.

The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Draw Details

The winner will be selected at random using an approved randomisation method.

The draw will be conducted LIVE at ADV FEST in Dorrigo on August 21, 2026, and published on Nomad Moto channels.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email using the address associated with their Nomad Rewards account.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

8. Prize Collection

Australia:
The winner must collect the motorcycle from an authorised dealer nominated by Nomad Moto. All registration, insurance, transport and on-road costs are the winner’s responsibility.

New Zealand:
The equivalent-value prize pack will be arranged directly with the winner. Any local registration, duty or compliance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Verification

The Promoter may require proof of age, identity, or residency.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or misleading will be invalid.

10. Privacy & Publicity

By entering, participants consent to:

  • Their name and region being publicly announced if they win

  • The use of their image, video, or testimonial for promotional purposes

Personal information is handled under Australian and New Zealand privacy laws.

11. Liability

Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues affecting entries

  • Delays or damage relating to prize collection

  • Any injury or loss connected with the prize

12. Changes & Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel the Prize Draw if necessary due to events outside its control.

13. Governing Law

For Australian entrants, these Terms are governed by NSW law.
For NZ entrants, New Zealand law applies.

14. Acceptance of Terms

Entry into the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
