This promotion forms part of the Nomad Rewards / Nomad Miles program.

2. Eligibility

Australia

Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

New Zealand

Open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and over.

United States

Open to residents of the United States aged 18 years and over, excluding:

  • New York

  • Florida

  • Rhode Island

These states are excluded due to sweepstakes registration and bonding requirements.

General Requirements

All entrants must:

  • Hold an active Nomad Rewards account

  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions

  • Have only one account per person

Employees and immediate family of Nomad Moto are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

Entry is free.
Entrants must join Nomad Rewards or already hold a Rewards account.

Additional entries may be available through promotional activities if advertised separately.

4. Prize Details

Australia Prize

  • CFMOTO / IBEX 450MT motorcycle

  • Maximum retail value under AUD $9,999

  • Not redeemable for cash, transfer, or resale

  • Winner must collect the motorcycle from their nearest authorised CFMOTO/IBEX dealer or a dealer nominated by Nomad Moto

New Zealand Prize

  • Goods or motorcycle-equivalent prize up to the value of the Australian prize

  • Winner is responsible for any NZ registration, on-road, GST, or compliance costs

United States Prize

  • Goods or motorcycle package valued up to USD $6,599

  • Delivered as a motorcycle, goods, or voucher of equal value

  • Not redeemable for cash, resale, or transfer

  • Shipping is included within eligible U.S. states

Nomad Moto may substitute the prize with equivalent value if needed.

5. Prize Draw

  • Draw date: 28 November 2026

  • Winner selected at random using a certified method

  • Conducted via live public video stream on Nomad Moto channels

  • Winner may be contacted during the live broadcast

6. Winner Notification

The winner will:

  • Be announced live during the draw

  • Be contacted via email linked to their Nomad Rewards account

  • Have 7 days to respond and claim their prize

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Nomad Moto may redraw.

7. Prize Delivery & Collection

For all eligible countries, the winner must collect their prize from their local authorised CFMOTO/IBEX dealer or from a dealer nominated by Nomad Moto.

Nomad Moto is not responsible for shipping the prize to the winner’s home, business, or any private address.

All collection, transport, and on-road arrangements after dealer handover are the responsibility of the winner.

Winners are responsible for any local registration, compliance, taxes, or on-road costs required in their country.

8. Verification

Nomad Moto may request:

  • Proof of age

  • Proof of residency

  • Proof of Nomad Rewards membership

Duplicate, fraudulent, or tampered entries may be disqualified.

9. Privacy

Entrants consent to:

  • Their name, region, and country being used for winner announcements

  • Their image or likeness appearing in promotional content

  • Nomad Moto storing personal information under AU, NZ, and U.S. privacy regulations

10. Liability

Nomad Moto is not liable for:

  • Technical issues or entry interruptions

  • Incorrect entrant information

  • Delays caused by suppliers or shipping

  • Injury, loss, or damage related to the prize, except as required by law

Statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law and equivalent NZ/US laws are not limited.

11. General Conditions

The promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.
By entering, participants agree to all Terms & Conditions.

12. Governing Law

  • Australia: laws of New South Wales

  • New Zealand: laws of New Zealand

  • United States: laws of the entrant’s home state (excluding NY, FL, RI)
