The harness is what does the work. It's the bit that locks the Drover to the bike — tight, low, no sway, no straps flapping in the wind at 100km/h.
Every Drover ships with one. This is the spare.
Run a harness on each bike and the tank bag becomes a five-second job. Unclip it off one, clip it onto the next, ride. No re-threading, no re-adjusting, no fighting with straps in a servo car park.
Second bike in the shed. Hire bike on an overseas trip. A bike you sold with the harness still on it. Plenty of reasons to run more than one — this is the complete harness with all three fittings, ready to go on.
